International Cultural Exchange Services (ICES) has promoted a more peaceful world by advancing international awareness and cultural understanding to thousands of exchange students from all over the world for over 30 years. U.S. high school students from all 50 states, ages 15 – 18, who are in good standing with their U.S. high schools, can apply for this educational outbound adventure for a 5- month school semester or a 10- month school year.
ICES students receive pre-departure information, support, and guidance in their local communities. Local coordinators plan a welcome orientation for students upon arrival in their new host country and will provide ongoing support for their students during their exchange experiences.
Air travel and spending money are not included in ICES fees.
