WEP is an international organization that brings together a team with a shared passion: that of discovering the world.

Our Mission and Philosophy

We deeply believe in what we do and work enthusiastically every day to offer the best to our participants. For over 30 years, our educational and cultural projects abroad have provided young people with tools to grow by confronting differences and discovering new ways of thinking.

We are convinced that each person is a source of richness[cite: 6]. We encourage our participants to show trust, respect, and open-mindedness toward differences in nationality, gender, social status, or beliefs.

From the first contact, we offer personalized advice to accurately assess the profile of our participants and guide them toward the project that best suits them[cite: 9, 10]. We believe in the inestimable value of an experience abroad because we have been there too.

We remain independent of our partners abroad, selecting them based on regular evaluations and participant opinions.

Academic Program – United States

International students ages 15 to 18 travel to the United States to attend school for one semester or a school year while living with a U.S. host family.

Requirements & Process:

• Complete an application in English and pass a language proficiency test.
• Submit transcripts indicating above-average grades and provide medical information.
• Write an autobiographical essay.
• Participate in an interview prior to acceptance.

Upon acceptance, students must attend a pre-departure orientation covering American culture, English language, program rules, and how to maximize the high school experience.
