Central Boarding Academy is committed to fostering cultural exchange and academic excellence through its unique study abroad program, which supports international students from Korea, China, Japan, and Vietnam. Our program is designed for international students ages 14 to 18, who travel to the U.S. to attend accredited high schools and immerse themselves in American culture. Students live in carefully selected dormitories in downtown Chicago, offering a luxurious and secure living experience. Central Boarding Academy has established strong partnerships with several prestigious U.S. high schools, allowing students to choose from a variety of academic options that best align with their interests and goals.

Before arriving in the U.S., students participate in an intensive orientation and training program that focuses on U.S. culture, academic expectations, and safety procedures. This pre-departure training is designed to ensure students are well-prepared for their stay and can fully benefit from their academic year abroad. The orientation also includes language proficiency enhancement and practical tips for living with a host family, which is an essential part of the program experience.

Costs for participation range from $50,000 to $65,000, excluding transportation, insurance, and personal expenses, ensuring the program remains accessible while maintaining a high standard of care and support for students.
