DMD Private High School Program

DMD PHP, part of Student Management Group, specializes in fostering incredible educational and cultural experiences where high school students receive a high-quality education and the tools necessary to develop into future leaders. SMG’s various high school programs allow students to find their perfect spot in their exchange year! DMD began in 1997 and partners with high schools around the US to bring exceptional service and educational opportunities to international students from over 60 countries. Here at SMG, we are much more than a student placement program. We strive to provide the global community and our partner schools with the best experience possible from start to finish. 

The DMD/SMG team will provide step-by-step guidance and supervision for a successful high school exchange program. We partner with over 90 SEVP high schools throughout the United States to help students obtain their dream of attending high school and furthering their education in the United States. All international students deserve a high school program where their needs are put first. We work tirelessly to ensure that every student is set up to achieve all their dreams and aspirations for their program. A high school program is a significant moment in an international student’s life, and we strive to make it a memorable experience.

The DMD/SMG Program accepts international students ages 12 to 19 who want to study in the United States, attend a well-rounded high school, live with a U.S. host family, or live at a boarding school. Students can choose the private high school they wish to attend or let DMD/SMG do it for them. The various program options allow a place for every student who wants to apply!

The DMD/SMG program operates through a network of Area Representatives throughout the United States who provide local support to the students and host families. Area Representatives interview and screen host families and supervise the program’s entirety during the students’ stay. Through training, the program’s goal is to foster an engaging experience for the student, both academically and culturally.
