2025-2026 Academic Year Countries and States Served Form

For each youth exchange program (J-1 Inbound, F-1 Inbound, Outbound) submitted for Certification in the Advisory List, please indicate the number of inbound students placed for each country and/or the number of outbound students placed in each country during the 2025-2026 Academic Cycle (including students who have departed from the program). When finished entering data into this form and the “Countries & States Served” form, you must cross-check the numbers on each form to ensure consistency in numbers reported. Please save these documents for your records, then upload them to the CSIET portal. Any inconsistent numbers will result in a red warning message at which point you must review to find the inconsistency.

A copy of your form will automatically be emailed to you upon submission.

  • Countries & States Served Student Placements

    1. Download the current Countries Served/State Served Form here.
    2. Fill out both sheets on the excel grid
    3. Save your excel file with your organization name (ie. Program Name 2025-2026 Student Placement Form.xlsx)
    4. Upload the newly saved file using the field below. 
    5. Click Submit!
