Our Mission is to foster the international relationships between the youth of countries from around the world in a philanthropic organization committed to cultural exchange, community service, leadership development, and cultural experiences.  

The Purpose of UCEUS is to provide opportunities for students to become involved in global community service and to also enjoy their international relationships they develop in educational and cultural activities.

Students will experience UCEUS VIP FLEX Experiences with fully supported, all inclusive programming from arrival to departure. From day one, students are immersed  in an environment designed to build confidence, independence, and global awareness  through collaboration, communication, creativity, and critical thinking preparing them not  just for school, but for life beyond the program. 

The UCEUS year abroad experience is intentionally designed to be transformational.  Students don’t just participate, they thrive. Through meaningful cultural exchange,  community involvement, and real-life experiences, students develop resilience, empathy,  and lifelong global connections. Our exclusive VIP FLEX Experiences go beyond  expectations, offering unmatched cultural engagement opportunities.

Our VIP FLEX Experiences span 15+ states, providing students with access to diverse  regions, cultures, and educational environments. Students explore the history and  lifestyle of their communities while benefiting from strong academic programs and  carefully selected host families who bring the American experience to life. 

UCEUS proudly accepts students ages 14 ½ –18 for semester and academic year  programs. Students live with vetted American host families and attend local high schools.  Admission includes a comprehensive application (dossier), English proficiency  assessment, academic transcripts, personal essay, and student/parent interviews,  ensuring only motivated and prepared students are selected. 

Throughout the program, UCEUS organizes dynamic gatherings, meetings, and  excursions that enhance the student experience. These include cultural integration,  language development, leadership opportunities, volunteer engagement, and ongoing  support to help students fully embrace both their host family and school environments.

UCEUS operates through a strong nationwide network across California, Texas, Florida,  Nevada, Oregon, Arizona, Arkansas, Wisconsin, Alabama, North & South Carolina,  Virginia, New York, and beyond. Our Local Coordinators provide hands-on support, from  host family screening to student mentoring and monthly reporting ensuring transparency,  safety, and an exceptional experience from start to finish.
