Location: All exhibitors receive a six-foot exhibitor table that will be set up in a high-traffic area, affording exhibitors maximum exposure to Annual Conference attendees.

Dates: October 21-23, 2026

Wednesday, October 21st: 12:30 – 6:00 PM (Pre-Conference Sessions + Welcome Reception)

Thursday, October 22nd: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM 

Friday, October 23rd: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Exhibitors will have access to the entire attendee list and will be able to communicate with all registered attendees via the CSIET’s Conference App (CVENT). Exhibitors will also have the opporunity to upload their company logo, description, and digital brochures (PDF format) and links to relevant videos, which will be available for attendees to view in the exhibtor section of the conference app. Attendees are also encouraged to engage with the exhibitors digitally through a conference app game.

Business attire is recommended. 

All requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing to the CSIET Office and RECEIVED no later than 11:59 PM EST by the dates listed below. Written requests for refunds will be processed as follows:

• Received by Sept. 26, 2026 – Full refund, less a $75 per person administrative fee

• Received Sept. 27 through October 10, 2026 – 50% refund, less a $75 per person administrative fee

• Received on or after October 11, 2026 – No Refunds
